HOW TO ORDER:

1 - You must first identify yourself by creating an account (top left of the first page).

2 - You can change or cancel your order as you did not click "accept" (after confirming the payment).

3 - It is not possible to control more than 30 pieces in one order.

CONDITION OF SALE:

AVAILABILITY: Articles are available in 3 / 4 days at home (in metropolitan France) in 98% of cases Colissimo (Chronopost on request). If you do not receive your order beyond 6 days, please contact us, we will give you an estimated date of availability of the missing piece. In case you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us immediately. The parts that are no longer deliverable will be a refund or a credit.

SHIPMENTS: For shipments outside metropolitan France the fare indicated on the order must be regarded as indicative. It may be changed, but always with your consent based on weight and volume.
To take advantage of transport insurance, the buyer is obliged upon receipt checking the condition of goods to the factor and indicate on the delivery reservations regarding any missing or damaged. Otherwise, no appeal is possible.

SERVICE: Upon receipt of your package, we are at your service to meet your needs. To solve a problem with your relationships with access-bike, you can leave a message on Contact@access-bike.fr or fax 02 41 86 97 59. The products sold on our site are guaranteed in accordance with the regulations, against defects in materials or workmanship.

RETURNS: Attentive to your satisfaction, however, any return will be a request for prior authorization. The request must be made within 7 days of the invoice date, stating the reason for return. The documents must be in their original packaging unopened. The cost of return shipping and original will be borne by the customer. Every item in cons refund will be refused. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt, net of transportation costs.

The maximum order by credit card or check is 500 euros. Beyond that, you need a transfer.

REGULATIONS:
- Visa / CB / Mastercard / Eurocard, enter your number and its expiry date
- Bank check, made payable to bike-parts
- The Postal no longer accepted.
- Transfer to our bank account (on request by e-mail or indicated on the order form)
- Collect payment refused.
- Professionals will receive a payment by credit card statement by the 15th.

PRICES: Our prices are effective from the date of confirmation of the order. They are likely to vary during the year without notice. They reflect the French VAT during the time of sale.

EXPORT VAT, VAT:
- Delivery in the EEC, VAT will be billed to an individual at the legal rate in France. It will not be charged for a career after receiving his no intra-community VAT.
- Delivery in the world, VAT is not charged but the local tariffs will be paid by the recipient of the order.
